SEND Nursery Nurse; Level 3 – Early Years

Level 3 SEND Nursery Nurse – Northfield, Birmingham

Are you searching for a new path within your career in Early Years? Monarch Education are currently working with a Nursery School in the Northfield area of Birmingham to find a Level 3 SEND Nursery Nurse who is heavily experienced supporting pupils with SEND. This role is Monday to Friday 8.45am
-3pm, starting ASAP and personal care will be required.
You must hold at least a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Childcare to be considered for this role.

• You must hold a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• You must have experience supporting children of EYFS age with SEND Needs
• Knowledge of the EYFS and SEND National Curriculums
• Understanding of various SEND conditions and how they impact children’s learning & development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt support methods and strategies to meet diverse needs

• Provide tailored support to children in the setting’s SEND Inclusion
• Ensure the inclusion of SEND pupils in all nursery activities
• Support children in the setting’s forest school
• Work closely with the SENCO to implement and review IEP’s
• Support the social, emotional and cognitive development of all children in your care
• Apply positive behaviour management techniques at all times

• You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience

• £200 for any successful referral of Teachers, Teaching Assistants or Nursery Staff

Salary: £12.10 – £17 per hour (Reviewed after 12 weeks placement*)
