Business Lecturer – Longbridge Campus

Monarch Education is working in partnership with a further education college in Longbridge to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Lecturer
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a subject specialist to teach within a supportive FE environment while maintaining flexibility through part‑time hours.
The college has a strong focus on learner achievement and progression, offering a positive and collaborative setting for staff and students alike.
Role Details- Subject: Business Studies
- Hours: 10 hours per week
- Location: Longbridge Campus
- Setting: Further Education
- Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons to post‑16 learners
- Plan and prepare lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support students in developing academic and vocational understanding
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to departmental objectives
- Teaching qualification (PGCE / Cert Ed / DTLLS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Business within FE or post‑16 settings
- Strong subject knowledge across Business-related topics
- Confident classroom management and communication skills
- A professional, adaptable approach to teaching
