Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants

About the Role

U‑Educate are currently recruiting for Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants for schools based in Birmingham. We have a range of roles available, including general classroom support, 1:1 SEN support, and intervention‑based positions. Whether you're looking for flexible day‑to‑day work or a long‑term placement, we will match you with schools that suit your skills, preferences, and career goals.

• Support pupils in their learning across a range of subjects
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, EAL, or behavioural needs
• Lead small group interventions and activities
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Contribute to pupil progress tracking and feedback

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong experience supporting pupils with additional needs
• Confidence in leading small group sessions and contributing to planning

• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
• Provide professional references
• Be reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting childrens education
