Salary: £28,536pa (pro rata to TTO & hours £19,024pa)
Hours of work: 25 hours per week
Contract Term:
Subject to a 6 month probationary period

The role of our staff is to work with our pupils to reduce barriers to learning and effectively enable them to believe in themselves and ultimately succeed. We are looking to recruit staff who are driven and want to make a difference.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Careers Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs and a passion for guiding them towards fulfilling career paths. It is essential that you have experience in careers guidance, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young people with SEMH along with a Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance and Development or equivalent.
