Cover Supervisor - Shropshire

West Midlands / temporary / £90 - 110 per day

We are currently seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Shropshire
.

The Role:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils with their learning where appropriate

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people or in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
