Smart Education are working with a Secondary School located in the South of Birmingham who are looking for a Food Teacher to join as soon as possible to teach Food to pupils aged 11-16. The role is immediately available and will run through to the end of the academic year 2025/26.
This school are the heart of the local community, located in an area of significant disparity the school offers a transformative experience for their pupils, and was graded as a ‘Good’ school in their most recent Ofsted. The successful applicant will be a qualified Teacher with experience teaching Food. If you are passionate about supporting and working with pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds this Food Teacher role could be the role you have been looking for.

Job Requirements for this Food Teacher role:
Qualified Teacher Status
Valid Child DBS (Or be willing to get one)
Patience, empathy and a commitment to serving the pupils you support to the best of your ability
Clear understanding and commitment to safeguarding
Ability to offer differentiated teaching as required
Strong communication and teamwork to work with the erst of the staff team.
