We are a reputable education recruitment agency working closely with a number of primary schools in the Lozells area of Birmingham. Due to ongoing demand, we are seeking qualified and experienced Primary Teachers for full-time positions.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your class, delivering engaging and structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum. This is a full-time role, suited to a teacher who is confident, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

* Creating a positive and well-managed classroom environment

* Assessing, tracking and reporting pupil progress

* Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils

* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and senior leadership

* Following school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour procedures

Essential Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* ECTs will not be considered

* Previous experience working in UK primary schools

* Full-time availability

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (mandatory)

* Strong classroom management skills and curriculum knowledge
