Waverley Education Foundation (WEF) is a multi‑academy trust serving our community. We run two “Good OFSTED rated” schools –
Waverley School
, a popular all‑through academy, and Waverley Studio College
, a 14‑19 Studio School. WEF has over 2,000 pupils across both schools.

Waverley School serves pupils aged 4‑19 and offers a resource base for those with cognition and learning difficulties. Waverley Studio College provides vocational and academic qualifications for 14‑19‑year‑olds. We have state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a focused staff team committed to student development.

Lunchtime Supervisors will supervise pupils during lunch in the dining area and outside playgrounds. The role supports pupils in maintaining personal and social skills, following school routines, and adhering to procedures in the dining area and playground. Supervisors act as reliable, committed role models, showing genuine interest in pupils’ development and well‑being.

• Work as part of a team; previous experience is an advantage but not required.
• Primary shift:
  Monday to Friday 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.; flexible hours may be needed.
• Good spoken English – Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) requires this.
• Must meet the person specification and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
