Position: KS1 Teaching Assistant - Aston (Permanent, Contract, Temporary)
Supply Heroes are looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils and teachers in primary schools in the Aston area. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals who want to make a real difference in young children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting classroom learning and helping deliver engaging KS1 lessons.

* Assisting pupils individually or in small groups with their learning and development.

* Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.

* Supporting teachers with administrative tasks, resources, and classroom organisation.

Key Skills & Qualities:

* Experience working with children in KS1 or similar educational settings.

* Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning - or anything relevant

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Patient, adaptable, and proactive in supporting pupils’ needs.

* Ability to motivate and inspire children to achieve their best.
