• Deliver engaging 1:1 and group sessions in employability and vocational subjects such as Customer Service, Business Administration, and Adult Social Care
• Support learners to achieve qualifications, embedding Maths, English, and employability skills
• Mentor and motivate learners, helping them overcome barriers and progress confidently
• Track progress, set SMART targets, and ensure timely completion of qualifications
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment aligned with Ofsted, safeguarding, and quality standards

• A qualified tutor with a Level 3+ teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent)
• Experienced in delivering employability, functional skills, or vocational training
• Passionate about education and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds
• Skilled at adapting teaching methods to engage and motivate all learners
• Organised, confident with IT, and able to manage a busy caseload

• IAG qualification and sector experience
• Experience delivering employability in warehouse or vocational settings
