This Alternative Provision in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Vocational Studies Teacher to join their team and deliver engaging, practical lessons to students who have found mainstream education challenging.

As a Vocational Studies Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons that develop students’ practical skills, confidence and employability. Subjects may include life skills, health & social, motor vehicle, hair and beauty or other vocational areas depending on your experience. You will be supported by an experienced team of teachers and a leadership team committed to ensuring every student has the chance to succeed.

• Delivering high-quality, practical lessons in Vocational Studies to small groups of secondary-aged students.
• Planning engaging lessons that develop key life and work-related skills.
• Building strong relationships with students, encouraging motivation and resilience.
