Hours: Shifts between 11-1pm or 12-2pm
Term Time Only

Monarch Education is seeking a professional and dedicated Lunch Time Supervisor to work at Primary School in Coleshill. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, supervision, and wellbeing of pupils during their lunchtime period.

• Supervise children during their lunch break to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
• Assist with the distribution of meals and monitor proper behavior during lunch hours.
• Promote positive social interactions and encourage good manners among pupils.
• Address minor conflicts or behavioural issues calmly and effectively, following school policies.
• Ensure the safety of all children, including managing any emergencies or incidents in accordance with school procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and promote the welfare of all pupils at all times.

• Prior experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and approachable in a busy environment.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child welfare.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
