Monday–Friday (8:30–5pm, 9–5:30pm, or 9:30–6pm)

What You’ll Be Doing- Deliver welfare services through appointments, workshops, and events
- Advise on accommodation, funding, health, and learning support
- Act as part of the safeguarding team, assessing risks and making referrals
- Signpost students to external agencies for specialist support
- Provide emergency assistance for students in immediate distress
- A calm, reassuring presence with excellent communication skills
- Experience supporting individuals with welfare or wellbeing needs
- Knowledge of safeguarding, mental health, and inclusion practices
- Ability to guide colleagues on sensitive student issues
- Ideally, experience in Higher Education (but not essential)
- Knowledge of child protection, adult at risk, Prevent legislation, housing, and benefits would be a bonus.
