Job Title:
Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location:
Birmingham
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who offer exceptional design services to the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their expanding team in Birmingham.

- Help deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
- Completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
- Relevant post RIBA Part 1 qualification experience in a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience working on projects across various sectors or sector specialist experience
- Excellent drawing and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
