Duties for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:

• Assist on the delivery of residential projects
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
• Produce technical drawings and specifications

Skills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practicei>
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Hertfordshire area
