Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Bedford, who are looking to appoint a Senior Architect / Technologist to join their Commercial Architecture team.

This role sits within the commercial architecture team and requires a proven track record in commercial projects across retail, industrial, logistics, office and education sectors. You will work across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on detailed technical delivery, coordinated construction packages and site support.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect / Technologist role:

• Lead projects and manage client relationships

• Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction information

• Coordinate consultant information and manage drawing packages

• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities

• Attend site and produce reports/records

• Ensure compliance with planning processes and Building Regulations

Key Requirements for this Senior Architect / Technologist role:

• Proven commercial architecture experience across relevant sectors

• Strong technical delivery and project-running capability

• Confident client-facing and communication skills

• Portfolio demonstrating design quality and technical coordination

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software

• Experience writing NBS specifications

• Knowledge of Revit, Sketch Up, Photoshop and presentation software (beneficial)

• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
