With projects spanning the Commercial, Education, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on high-profile developments. For this role, we're seeking candidates with solid experience in the Commercial, Education, or Industrial sectors who can contribute both technically and creatively to a range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Create precise technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using Revit and other CAD/BIM software.
Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop practical, buildable, and efficient design solutions.
Conduct site visits and surveys, monitor construction activities, and ensure alignment with building regulations and the original design intent.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to address technical issues and support seamless project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience needed for this Architectural Technologist role:

A degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards.
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and technical drawing skills.
