A dynamic development consultancy is seeking a Senior/Principal Layout Designer in Birmingham. This role involves engaging in urban design and planning tasks, conducting feasibility studies, and creating drawing packages for planning applications. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Urban Design or Architecture and strong project management skills. Knowledge of CAD software, particularly Vectorworks and Sketchup, is advantageous.
