Konker is recruiting for a Newly Qualified Architect to join a design-led studio in central Birmingham.

The role:

Newly Qualified Architect  
Supporting project delivery across key stages (concept through to technical + delivery)
Producing coordinated drawings and models in Revit (AutoCAD also used)
Working with senior Architects and Technologists on detailing, coordination, and issue resolution
Joining consultant coordination and learning how projects move from design to site
Getting exposure to a varied portfolio including healthcare, education, commercial and residential  Why this role works for a newly qualified Architect  
You’ll be mentored properly (supportive team, clear feedback, structured development)
You’ll build strong delivery skills early: BIM, detailing, coordination
You’ll have flexibility built in (hybrid working + core hours approach)
You’ll be part of a stable, established team with a clear route to progression  Experience needed  
Newly qualified / ARB registered (or about to register)
Revit experience and confidence producing coordinated information
A portfolio that shows good design thinking and clear outputs
Full right to work in the UK  What’s in it for you  
£35,000+ salary (depending on experience)
Hybrid working, 37.5 hour working week, and early finish Friday.
