Principal Consultant at Hatched RecruitmentUp to £60,000 | Birmingham (Hybrid – 1 day/week) | Full-time, Permanent
What You’ll Do- Develop interactive 3D/CGI web experiences (WebGL, Three.js, or similar)
- Turn product ideas into intuitive, high-quality UI
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and backend engineers (C# / .NET)
- Contribute ideas to improve UX, frontend architecture, and product features
- Proven 3D or CGI experience in a web context
- Comfortable with Vue.js and production-level frontend work
- Product-minded — you care about why you’re building something
- Bonus: experience with C#/.NET, startup environments, or performance optimisation
- Hybrid working — just 1 day/week in the Birmingham office
- Real ownership of a customer-facing product
- Work on technically challenging, visually rich features
