We have exciting growth plans across the North West region and are looking for people with the enthusiasm to come and be part of this and to drive their career forward with us. The Associate Urban Design Director will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our Master planning & Urban Design team in the North West.
You will beWe are looking to appoint an Associate Director to play a key part in our growth strategy across the North West region. As an Associate Director, you will work on a wide variety of projects encompassing residential strategic land promotion, urban regeneration and major mixed-use sustainable urban extensions across the UK. You will naturally make significant contributions to major projects working with national house builders, land promoters, and land owners and become an integral part of our team.
Youwill need
- Previous UK based experience working in a planning or architectural practice on residential/mixed-use projects for national house builders or housing developers
- Degree in a design related course
- A strong design flair with an interest in delivering high quality projects from a strategic masterplan level to the details of individual built area and urban spaces
- Competence in the use of the full range of design focused packages including Auto Cad, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch Up, as well as Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to manage projects at a high level, with a strong attention to detail
