Project Architect
Location:
Birmingham
Salary: £44,000 - £48,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Architect to join a well-respected UK architectural practice in Birmingham, celebrated for its exceptional design work across urban design, interiors, and master planning. The Birmingham studio boasts a varied portfolio across residential, healthcare, and education sectors and is now seeking a motivated and experienced Project Architect to lead the delivery of significant healthcare projects from initial concept through to completion.

- Lead and manage healthcare projects through all RIBA stages
- Drive concept development, planning submissions, and technical design delivery
- Provide strong design leadership, ensuring high standards, compliance, and innovation
- Conduct site visits and coordinate construction-phase delivery
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative and supportive studio environment
- ARB-registered Architect
- Extensive post-qualification experience within a UK practice
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects independently
- Strong experience across all RIBA stages
- Proficient in Revit
- Healthcare project experience highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Based within commuting distance of Birmingham
