This fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading architectural practice who offer exceptional design services to high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their team in their Birmingham studio.

• Develop concept designs and technical drawings
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships

• Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK Practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong design and technical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
