Join Rodericks Dental Partners as a Dental Technician – Prosthetics in our SFT Dental Laboratory, Northfield, Birmingham.

£30,000 – £35,000 per annum

• Fabricate full and partial dentures.
• Set teeth and contour denture bases to achieve correct bite, fit, and appearance.
• Repair, reline, and adjust existing dentures as required.
• Process and polish completed dentures to a high‑quality finish.
• Maintain accurate records of cases, materials, and work performed.
• Collaborate with dentists and other technicians to ensure patient satisfaction and functional results.
• Follow all laboratory safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols.

• GDC Registration (desirable)
• Diploma or qualification in Dental Technology (or equivalent).
• Proven experience.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of dental materials, tools, and laboratory procedures.
• Ability to interpret dental prescriptions and technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
