You will handle and investigate customer complaints, acting as the main point of contact until resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, alongside problem-solving abilities.

This role offers a pay range of £26,000 to £28,500 per annum, with 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and a variety of health and wellbeing benefits.
