Position: Customer Success Team Manager — Enterprise Growth
A leading digital marketing platform in Birmingham seeks a Manager for their Customer Success team. In this role, you'll lead a group of Customer Success Managers to support enterprise customers in achieving their organic search goals. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of customer-facing experience, with at least 3 years in management, along with a strong background in SEO or digital marketing.

You will also coach your team to navigate complex challenges while ensuring high performance.
