Concierge

LSH Auto is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at our flagship dealership in Birmingham. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service and assistance throughout their experience with us. Your commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service will be key in enhancing our guests' overall satisfaction.

As a Concierge, your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, assisting them with inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing a wide range of services to cater to our guests' needs. You will play a vital role in making their visit seamless and enjoyable.

Hours - 45

Salary - Up to £30,387

• Greet and assist customers and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services offered at LSH Auto.
• Coordinate and manage appointments and test drives.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area.
• Collect and manage guest feedback to enhance service quality.

• Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
