Responsibilities
- Assists in supervision of day-to-day shop operations and serves as liaison between customer and service department.
- Oversees workflow and schedules (shop and/or field), interviews new candidates, and provides performance input.
- Assists the Service Manager as needed and ensures customer satisfaction by making sure equipment is fixed right the first time, and repairs are completed efficiently and when promised.
- High school diploma.
- At least two years of related work in a customer service capacity.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds, stand for long periods of time and evidence of technical education.
