Temporary Customer Service Coordinator
Bishops Stortford
£13.00 - £14.50 per hour DOE
Monday-Friday, 08:30am-5:00pm (Office-based only)
Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for a new opportunity? We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a hard working, supportive small team within a large operational business.
What you'll be doing:- Handling customer queries
- Problem-solving and providing solutions
- Booking appointments, liaising with external sources
- Supporting colleagues and ensuring great service delivery
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Calm and solution-focused manner
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
