We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham
.

What’s involved in the Reactive Maintenance Scheduler role?
  • Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system, ensuring a first class experience for our residents through timely and efficient coordination.
  • Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location and time while managing risks that could impact KPIs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and operatives, offering support via phone and email to help achieve first time fix resolutions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining clear and detailed notes for each task on the system.
  • Contribute to contract performance by producing daily KPI reports that reflect the success of our service delivery.
