A leading travel company is seeking a Customer Experience Airport Representative at Birmingham Airport. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing issues, managing disruptions, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. Candidates must be customer-focused, calm under pressure, and able to work shifts, including nights and weekends. A full Airside is required. This fixed-term position runs from April 20, 2026, to October 31, 2026, with a salary of £26,125 per annum and fantastic holiday benefits.
