Resource Planner – Compensation and Terms
£12.21 per hour plus a monthly bonus.
Temporary – initially an 8‑12 week period, potentially extendable.
Full time.
Monday to Friday 8 am‑6 pm shifts (8 hours within these times); occasional Saturday working may be occasionally required.
Based on‑site in Bescot, Walsall (RAC Call Centre). The office is conveniently located for commuters, with free on‑site parking and close proximity to bus stop and train station with regular links to Walsall and Birmingham City Centre.
Role- Ensure sufficient staffing rostered to cover call demands.
- Create rosters.
- Ensure a fair balance of shifts allocated to each staff member.
- Ensure annual leave/pre‑planned absence are taken into account within rostering.
- Experience in resource planning.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
