Service Advisor - Car Dealership
Basic Salary: £28,000 DOE
OTE: £32,000
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established car dealership in Kings Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused Service Advisor who enjoys a fast-paced workshop environment and wants a healthy work-life balance with no weekends.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maximising service department efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing service and repair bookings within the service department
· Acting as the main customer contact from vehicle drop-off to collection
· Ensuring efficient workshop loading and job card management
· Advising customers on required work, maintenance, and service plans
· Upselling additional work, service plans, and special offers where appropriate
· Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
Requirements
· Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership is essential
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Proven experience in upselling service work and added-value products
· Working knowledge of dealership DMS systems such as Kerridge, 1
Link, Pinnacle, or similar
· Full UK manual driving licence (subject to licence check)
