Hair by Zindzi is looking for a Customer Complaints Specialist who genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience and protecting our brand reputation.
What you’ll do:- Be the main point of contact for customer concerns across online orders, services, and enquiries.
- Resolve complaints fairly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Investigate issues, identify solutions, and work with internal teams to prevent future problems.
- Must be computer savvy or order management system Excel, Docs, etc.
- Produce clear, professional written responses while maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
- Calm, customer-first mindset with the ability to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Organised and able to manage multiple complaints at once.
- Experience in customer service, complaints handling, retail, e-commerce, or beauty brands.
- Right to work in the UK.
