EP Group Account Support Executive
EP Group is an award winning, global packaging manufacturer with production facilities across Europe and Southeast Asia.
Our global headquarters in Birmingham is home to our dedicated paper manufacturing division providing a wide range of food packaging products for the likes of McDonalds, Amazon, Marks & Spencer and Greggs.
We are now seeking an Account Support Executive, based on site here in Birmingham, to support one of our largest customers in the retail sector.
You will work closely with the account management team to establish and agree activities and be the liaison between the customer and our business.
You will work with customer stakeholders and internal colleagues to take ownership of service delivery will enable the team to provide a higher quality of service.
Key Responsibilities Account Support Executive- Representing EPG in customer facing calls and Teams meetings
- Successfully working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational and technical issues, as well as improve the customer experience
- Maintaining knowledge of products, services and process to address queries effectively
