Customer Operations Executive – Birmingham (Full time On-Site, Monday to Friday, B25)
Are you ready to drive customer success and support commercial growth?
We are looking for a Customer Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a key role in managing retailer relationships, supporting order operations, and contributing to the growth of a thriving, fast-paced business.
What you’ll do:- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with production and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively manage customer requirements against forecasts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, delivery updates, and service issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and optimize order flow.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including service levels, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution times.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service performance.
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in ERP/order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Customer-focused with a solution-driven mindset.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Team player, collaborative and proactive in cross-functional settings.
- Tech‑savvy with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Be part of a supportive, fast‑paced commercial team.
