Role SummaryThe Customer Service Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing and supporting Occupational Health (OH) cases, acting as a key point of contact for customers. Through daily interaction via telephone, email, and chat, this role is instrumental in delivering an outstanding customer experience. The position focuses on responding to enquiries, providing clear and timely updates, and offering knowledgeable support and guidance, ensuring customers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey.
MainDuties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chat helpdesk channels.
- Provide timely updates and relevant information on Occupational Health (OH) cases.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of OH appointments.
- Resolve enquiries at first point of contact where possible, taking ownership through to resolution when needed.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient problem-solving.
- Deliver a high-quality, empathetic, and professional customer experience in line with Optima Health values:

- Strong verbal customer service and interpersonal (soft) skills.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working under pressure and to challenging timescales.
- Solutions-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Competent IT and PC skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
