Customer Service Advisor
£12.21 per hour
25 hours per week
Monday to Sunday 7am‑9pm (must be fully flexible to work any shifts between these hours on a rota basis)
Based on‑site in Bescot, Walsall
Role- Handling inbound calls from customers with a broken down vehicle
- Arranging call outs
- Dealing with distressed or upset customers
- Strong communication skills
