This is a part‑time, fixed‑term role that runs till the end of 2026, which may include evening or weekend shifts. You’ll need to be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.

As a Support Worker, you will provide one‑to‑one assistance to a Team Member with additional needs, helping them perform confidently in a guest‑facing operational role. With tailored coaching, clear guidance, and supportive routines, you’ll empower them to build skills, grow independence, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with managers and teams to promote an inclusive, welcoming environment where every Team Member can thrive.
WhatWill I Be Doing? Support and Development
- Provide tailored one‑to‑one support to help the Team Member succeed in daily duties.
- Offer practical and emotional guidance in busy or unfamiliar situations.
- Use structured learning routines to build confidence and gradually reduce support.
- Work with managers and teams to ensure an inclusive, supportive workplace.
- Give clear instructions and feedback suited to individual learning styles.
- Help maintain safe, productive, guest‑focused operations.
- Keep accurate records and report any incidents promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Uphold Hilton brand standards and health & safety requirements.
- Experienced in supporting individuals with additional needs, ideally gained in an education, care or similar setting.
- A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.
- Patient, reliable, and proactive.
- Flexible and calm under pressure.
- Knowledgeable about inclusive practices and workplace adjustments.
Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
