Working hours: 7:00am–11:00pm, Monday to Sundays

Be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of queries and requests.

Deliver excellent service by listening carefully and offering clear, helpful solutions.

Use multiple systems to manage customer information efficiently and accurately.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction.

Take part in regular one-to-one discussions and team meetings to share feedback and celebrate success.
