This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Email Designer located in the UK. The Email Designer will be responsible for designing engaging and high-performing email campaigns. Tasks include creating visually appealing email templates, optimising designs for various devices, ensuring brand consistency, collaborating with marketing teams, and analysing email performance metrics to improve effectiveness. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong eye for design and a passion for enhancing user engagement.

• Strong graphic design and visual design skills, including experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs
• Experience in crafting Email Campaigns and Templates with an understanding of user experience and conversion optimisation
• Knowledge of data analytics and A/B testing to evaluate and enhance email effectiveness
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and their features, such as Klaviyo, or similar platforms
• Previous experience in a related role and a background in marketing, design, or related fields is a plus
