Video & Visual Media Executive; Property

AiHOMES is a growing UK property agency covering Manchester, London and Brighton.

We are looking for a Content & Visual Media Executive to support our marketing team in producing visual media and digital content for property promotion.

This role is suitable for someone with an interest in video editing, visual media and digital content production, who would like to develop their skills within the property industry.

We welcome applications from graduates or candidates at an early stage of their career. This role offers a development pathway into more advanced visual media and creative production responsibilities for strong performers.

• Assist in filming and editing property media content
• Produce short-form video and visual materials for marketing use
• Support the preparation of media content for property listings
• Work with the marketing team on digital content production
• Maintain and organise visual media assets

• Interest in video production or visual media
• Basic experience with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Cap Cut or similar)
• Good visual awareness and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Mandarin speaking ability would be beneficial for communication with part of our client base.
