Graphic Designer

Digital Waffle is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our growing team in Birmingham.

If you’re creative, ambitious, and want real commercial experience rather than making coffee and resizing logos all day, this is for you. You’ll work directly with our marketing team and founders to shape how our brand shows up across social, sales, and web.

Graphic Design Intern

Birmingham - Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Two Week Internship, potential for full-time afterwards.

• Designing social media graphics for Linked In and Instagram
• Supporting brand development and keeping visuals consistent
• Creating sales packs and client facing documents
• Designing pitch decks and presentation materials
• Building web assets such as banners and landing page visuals
• Helping evolve internal templates and marketing materials

This is hands-on. You’ll see your work go live.

• A current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design or similar
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• A good eye for clean, modern design
• Someone who takes feedback well and improves quickly
• A portfolio that shows creativity and thinking, not just coursework

Bonus if you understand social content or personal branding.

You’ll gain real experience inside a growing recruitment business working with tech and digital brands across the UK. You’ll build a proper portfolio of live commercial work and get direct exposure to strategy, branding, and growth.
