A media production company based in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Social-First Video Story Producer to lead the development of engaging, real-life stories targeted towards women aged 18–28. This role will involve sourcing, shaping, and publishing narratives that resonate with digital audiences. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in social storytelling, editorial judgement, and mentoring experience. A hybrid work arrangement is possible with 2 days a week in the office.
