Role PurposeThis role exists to run and continually improve the content production lines for digital and in-store content at Absolute Collagen.
You’ll be the central point that manages the flow of briefs and requests, using our content production project management tools and processes to make sure the right content gets produced, at the right quality, at the right time and is repurposed and distributed to the right public facing channel.
You will support Absolute Collagen’s ambition to deliver high‑velocity, brand‑building content across:
- Absolute Collagen website (PDPs, landing pages, campaigns)
- Paid social (Meta, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Organic social & Tik Tok
- Amazon (B+ and A+ content, video, galleries, multi‑market roll‑out)
- Email / CRM
- Wholesale / retailers / marketplaces
- Store and retail requests (POS, posters, display units, local assets)
You won’t be asked to do all of the creative work (although a clear knowledge of content production, video editing and design is necessary). Your role is to own the system that connects brand, creative, digital, markets and agencies, and keep the content machine running smoothly. You will be part of the creative briefing process and will need to be confident in briefing creative teams, and assessing creative content from a brand guideline and a channel perspective.

- Track throughput (e.g. videos per editor per day, designs per designer, total assets per month, on‑time delivery rates).
- Surface capacity gaps early and recommend solutions (re‑prioritisation, extra resource, offshoring).
- Brand, Creative & Channel Guidelines
- Work with Brand to ensure digital brand guidelines are consistently applied across all assets, including:
- Brand pillars, themes and messaging
- Fonts, typography, logo usage
- Layout rules, word breaks, tone of voice
- Accessibility and legibility requirements for web and PDPs

- Quality Control & Technical Compliance
- Provide first‑line QA on digital assets for:
- Correct specs (sizes, formats, ratios, file weights, safe areas)
- Platform compliance requirements
- Web accessibility and legibility basics
- Consistency with brand guidelines and copy rules
- Ensure correct versioning, naming conventions and file organisation so assets are reusable and easy to find.
- System & Process Improvement
- Continually refine the production line based on real data (bottlenecks, repeat issues, missed deadlines).
- Work with tech/ops to ensure Asana (or the chosen tool) is set up and maintained properly: intake forms, automation rules, dashboards for leadership.
- Proven experience in a digital production / studio traffic / content operations role, ideally in…
