A leading surveying firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor responsible for complex project management and surveying duties. You will lead projects, manage client relationships, and conduct condition surveys, ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards. The role requires a degree in Building Surveying and MRICS accreditation or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate has strong client management skills and a minimum of 5 years in construction consultancy.

This position offers a dynamic work environment with travel for site visits.
