Senior​/Associate Quantity Surveyor

A new Senior to Associate level Quantity Surveying opportunity just listed with a fast growing new firm to the Birmingham consultancy market. With a number of projects already successfully delivered, and a strong pipeline of new work, this owner-managed cost and project consultancy is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team.

Whilst this is a fairly recent addition to the Birmingham Construction market, this is an extremely well established and highly experienced team of construction consultants. The founding Directors and owners of the firm have extremely strong profiles with clients both locally and nationally and can already boast a strong pipeline of work stretching well into the future. They work with a number of developers on projects in industrial and manufacturing as well as commercial office space, hotels and retail along with a number of others.

They provide a tailored, Director led service to their clients on each project.

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor from a Consultancy / PQS background with robust experience in the Employer's Agent role. Any experience in the Industrial / Logistics sector is also an advantage.
