Our client is a well-established Tier 1 Main Contractor with a regional offices located all over the country. Our client has secured many years of work on a notable Midlands major projects with ongoing programmes running to 2030!

They’re currently in the market for a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Managing Surveyor, to commercially and contractually manage M&E packages for an existing live project.

• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £5 million.
• Previous experience as an Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Oxford.
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor or an M&E specialist.
