Quantity Surveyor - a leading privately‑owned contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious design and build projects across the West Midlands region.

• Experience assisting with sub‑contractor variations
• Experience working with a building contractor
• Experience assisting or dealing with final accounts
• Industry‑related qualification

• Take‑off to building quantities and produce schedules of works
• Formulate subcontract tenders
• Chair pre‑let meetings and finalize subcontract orders
• Procure and manage sub‑contract packages
• Deal with variations and valuations
• Produce CVRs

• Great basic salary of £40,000 – £45,000
• Company car or allowance (£6,000)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £3m+.
