Quantity Surveyor - a leading privately‑owned contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious design and build projects across the West Midlands region.

Requirements- Experience assisting with sub‑contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience assisting or dealing with final accounts
- Industry‑related qualification
- Take‑off to building quantities and produce schedules of works
- Formulate subcontract tenders
- Chair pre‑let meetings and finalize subcontract orders
- Procure and manage sub‑contract packages
- Deal with variations and valuations
- Produce CVRs
- Leading contractor with an excellent order book
- Modern approach to flexible working

- Great basic salary of £40,000 – £45,000
- Company car or allowance (£6,000)
- Pension and healthcare (including family)
- Performance‑related bonus
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £3m+.
