A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) to join our client's team across the West Midlands on a long-term contract basis, offering strong flexibility and no requirement for office attendance.

You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a mix of domestic and/or commercial projects, depending on RBI grade and experience.

• £55-£65 per hour (DOE)
• Long-term contract opportunity

• Fully remote working - no office presence required
• Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
